Frequently asked questions.

What counts as a "facility"?

A facility is a single physical site — a manufacturing plant, a cold storage warehouse, an office building, a wastewater treatment plant. If you have multiple buildings on one campus operating as one site, that's one facility.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is exportable at any time, in standard formats (CSV, PDF reports). After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing comes with a 15% discount on Enterprise plans.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or per-user charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Where is my data hosted?

All data is hosted and processed in Canada. We use encryption in transit and at rest, row-level database security scoped per organization, and hashed password storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
